Kuwait: 20 cases of bird flu detected
Kuwaiti Minister of Health Sheikh Ahmed Abdallah Al-Sabah, on Sunday confirmed the outbreak of the virus of avian influenza in birds in the country, reported the official news agency KUNA.

The Kuwaiti authorities have put in place preventive measures and informed the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
