The Agricultural Bank of China plans a reform of shareholding
China has officially announced its decision to reform the ownership to the Agricultural Bank of China (LAC) at the 3rd national conference on financial work which ended Saturday.
The LAC is the last of four major state banks to engage in reform that will enable it to be publicly traded.
