China and Japan start 7th round of strategic dialogue in Beijing

The Chinese Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs and his Japanese counterpart smiled and exchanged pleasantries before starting the 7th round of strategic dialogue in Beijing Thursday - a sure sign of warming relations between the two countries.

“The strategic dialogue has played a positive role in removing political obstacles in bilateral relations and the delivery of relations on the right track,” said Dai.
