China will give more facilities to foreign visa during the Olympics-2008 Beijing
The Chinese Ministry of Public Security announced here Thursday that more facilities visa will be granted to foreigners by the Chinese authorities during the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing.
Anyone with a valid identity and accreditation for the Olympics may enter without a visa in China during the period of one month before the Games and one month after the Games, said Li Changyou, Deputy Director of Administration Office of inputs and outputs of the department.
Li added that China has already relaxed some requirements in this regard, including the granting of work permits a year to foreigners coming to China to prepare for the Olympics and work during the Olympics.
